Bulk Billing is Available to All Patients.

 

Patients who are not eligible for Medicare benefits will be charged a standard consultation fee of $50.00 during business hours and $60.00 after business hours at the time of the visit and if there are any additional charges, you will be informed before any further treatment.

Workers’ Compensation and third-party claims will be billed to the insurance company or employer. If the claim is rejected, the patient is responsible for the full settlement of the account.

 

Some specialists do not bulk bill.

 

Home Visits

Home visits are available for regular patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to their condition.

 

After Hours Services

When the medical centre is closed you can ring on 0421348988, 0410649167 or 0431415202. One of the medical centre doctors will attend to your call.

 

Telephone Access

 Doctors can be contacted during surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken by the reception staff and the doctor will return your call.

In an emergency, your call will always be put through to the doctor.

 

Urgent Medical Cases

 Emergencies will always be given priority which may require a longer consultation. Our reception staff will notify you of any expected longer delays.

 

Pathology Results

 For confidentiality reasons, results can only be given to the person concerned and no results will be given over the phone. You should make an appointment to come back and see your doctor for the test results.
